GOLF TRAVEL DESIGNER
Luxury Bespoke Journeys
Do you have a passion for travel, an eye for detail, and the creativity to craft unforgettable journeys? Join our team as a Golf Travel Designer, where you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for discerning clients travelling in Ireland and Scotland.
This is not just a reservations role – it is an opportunity to shape truly bespoke itineraries, combining luxury travel with world-class service. You will work directly with our guests, tailoring every detail to their style, while ensuring seamless execution from first enquiry to final farewell.
What you will do
- Design imaginative, high-end itineraries that go beyond the ordinary
- Price and cost trips in line with company and supplier guidelines
- Collaborate with clients to refine itineraries, ensuring every journey reflects their preferences
- Manage all bookings with accuracy and professionalism, following company procedures
- Coordinate reservations and traveller profiles alongside our Planning team
- Prepare and deliver polished pre-departure documents and materials
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for clients throughout the planning journey
What we are looking for
- A genuine passion for travel and the ability to craft memorable, detail-rich journeys
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Confidence in using CRM/reservation systems, Outlook, and other platforms
- Willingness to travel to research new properties, restaurants, and experiences in Ireland and Scotland
- Golf knowledge is a plus, but not essential
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury leisure travel or hospitality in Ireland or Scotland
- Outstanding written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal and service skills
- The flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
